WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to allow funds encumbered but not spent on a 1999 contract to be used by the spending agency; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this appropriation as an amendment to her 2001 proposed County budget; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made:
