WHEREAS, the Family Court Division has been awarded a grant in the amount of $2,445.00 by the Missouri Department of Public Safety which provides funds for travel and registration for four participants to attend the Heartland Juvenile Services Association Conference; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the grant funds in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made:
