Body
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Detention Center has incurred additional daily operating expenses which are healthcare, and prescription medication bills, there are currently outstanding invoices that need to be rectified; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer of funds within the 2024 General Fund is necessary in order for the Jackson County Sheriff's Office Detention Center to be able to cover the cost of these operating expenses; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby are made:
