IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title AN ORDINANCE approving the preliminary subdivision plat entitled "Arson Acres," and amending the districts established by the Jackson County Zoning Order by changing from D (agricultural district) to RR (residential ranchette zoning district), a certain 20-acre + tract. Intro ORDINANCE 2480, October 23, 1995 INTRODUCED BY Dennis Waits, County Legislator Body BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows: Section 1. The preliminary subdivision plat entitled "Arson Acres" is hereby approved, and the Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "D" agricultural district and the "RR" residential ranchette zoning district so that there will be transferred from District D to District RR a tract of land described as follows: A 20 acre + tract generally located at the NE corner of Nevins Road and Corn Cemetery Roads in the southeast corner of the NE ¬ of Section 20, Township 48, Range 29. Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Lewis Jenkins (RZ-95-008), requesting the plat approval and amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Planning Commission favorably recommended this application in a public hearing on September 21, 1995, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
