BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The preliminary subdivision plat entitled "Arson Acres" is hereby approved, and the Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "D" agricultural district and the "RR" residential ranchette zoning district so that there will be transferred from District D to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
A 20 acre + tract generally located at the NE corner of Nevins Road and Corn Cemetery Roads in the southeast corner of the NE ¬ of Section 20, Township 48, Range 29.
Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Lewis Jenkins (RZ-95-008), requesting the plat approval and amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Planning Commission favorably recommended this application in a public hearing on September 21, 1995, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
