WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2000 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary in connection with the Family Court Division's Night Lights/Sentenced to the Arts program; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer made within the 2000 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund :
