Title
AN ORDINANCE appropriating $58,000.00 from the fund balance of the 2008 General Fund, $10,000.00 from the fund balance of the 2008 Health Fund, $20,000.00 from the fund balance of the 2008 Road and Bridge Fund, $15,000.00 from the fund balance of the 2008 Anti-Drug Fund, and $20,000.00 from the fund balance of the 2008 Assessment Fund to cover the costs for a fire suppression system in three server rooms.

Body
WHEREAS, the rooms that house the servers at the downtown courthouse, the Public Works Tech Center, and the Circuit Court server room, do not currently include any fire suppression systems, and the IT Department is requesting the installation of fire suppression systems to avoid a complete shut down should a fire occur; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover these costs; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said appropriation; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the fund balance of 2008 General Fund be and hereby is made:
