Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 16832, dated February 17, 2009, the County Legislature did authorize the County Executive to execute an Addendum to the Consulting Agreement with Claire West Consulting, LLC, of Jefferson City, Missouri, for consulting services in connection with the Jackson County Employees' Pension Plan, at a cost to the County not to exceed $25,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, one quarter of the contract payments have been paid from Pension funds in the custody of M&I Bank as Trustee; and,
WHEREAS, the remaining three quarters of the Addendum to the Consulting Agreement now require payment; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to issue a check to Claire West Consulting, in the amount of $18,750.00, for consulting services for the Jackson County Employees' Pension Plan.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
