WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2000 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover adjustments needed for the purchase of computers, equipment, supplies, and professional services needed for the daily operation of the Drug Court Day Report and Assessment Centers in connection with the Local Law Enforcement Block Grant; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2000 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
