WHEREAS, the County has received a grant in the amount of $26,200 from Western Auto to be used to fund the costs of the construction of an outdoor environmental classroom for the Kemper Outdoor Education Center; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary in order to implement this project; therefore;
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from unappropriated surplus of the 1995 Park Fund:
