WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written proposals on Request for Proposals No. 117-96 for the award of a license to provide concessions services at the Adair Park Softball Complex; and,
WHEREAS, he has received as the only three proposals thereon the following:

WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation has advised that all of the three bidders are acceptable to the department for the award of the contract; and,
WHEREAS, due to the minimal difference in fees quoted among the three bidders, the Purchasing Director is referring this request for proposals to the Legislature without a recommendation; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that a license to provide concessions services at the Adair Park Softball Complex is awarded to Doug Morrison of Kearney, MO, for a monthly fee payable to the County in the amount of $2,001.00; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Purchasing Director be and hereby is authorized to execute any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
