Body
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land as follows:
Description: A 60 ± acre tract of land generally located at the northwest corner of Missouri Highway F and Parrent Road and specifically described as a tract of land being all of the south 60 acres of the northeast quarter of Section 17, Township 48, Range 29 in Jackson County, Missouri.
Section 2. The preliminary plat "Oak Ridge Timbers," creating a ten-lot residential subdivision described, is hereby approved.
Section 3. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Theron and Linda Crall (RZ-2001-257), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on November 15, 2001, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
