A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to enter into an Agreement with Dan Bunch Enterprises, Inc., for the leasing of employee parking space at a cost not to exceed $21,600.

Body
WHEREAS, the County desires to lease parking facilities for County employees; and,
WHEREAS, Dan Bunch Enterprises, Inc., has proposed to lease to the County 68 spaces, more particularly described as follows: ten (10) spaces in the South parking lot at 1512 Locust, and fifty-eight (58) spaces in the North parking lot at 425 East Truman Road, at the total cost of $1,800 per month, or $21,600 per year; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive is authorized to execute the attached Agreement with Dan Bunch Enterprises, Inc., at a cost not to exceed $21,600; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the Agreement...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
