Body
WHEREAS, the Missouri Department of Public Safety has awarded a grant to the Family Court Division of the Circuit Court for its Reentry Aftercare Function Fammily Therapy Project; and,
WHEREAS, this project provides to youth, upon reentry from Family Court Services, residential correctional programs and family counseling sessions, and trains a Family Court staff member in interventions; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary in order to place the grant funds in the proper spending accounts for use by the Family Court Division; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the unappropriated surplus of the 2007 Grant Fund be and hereby is made:
