Body
WHEREAS, the Family Court Division has been awarded an OSCA Juvenile Justice Program Assistance Grant in the amount of $566,113.00 by the Missouri Office of the State Courts Administrator; and,
WHEREAS, the grant funds will be used to support treatment, testing, and case management activities; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the grant funds in the proper spending account; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the undesignated fund balance of the 2025 Grant Fund:
