IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title AN ORDINANCE amending the districts established by the Jackson County Zoning Order by changing from D (agricultural district) to F-P (general business-planned zoning district), a certa n 6-acre + tract. Intro ORDINANCE 2286, April 4, 1994 INTRODUCED BY Dennis Waits, County Legislator Body BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows: Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "D" agricultural district and the "F-P" general business-planned zoning district so that there will be transferred from District D to Dist ict F-P a tract of land described as follows: Lots 1 and 2, Pin Oak Acres, a subdivision in the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Sec. 19, Twp. 48, Rng. 30, Jackson County, Missouri. Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Richard and Carol Hays (R-415) requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Planning Commission favorably recommended this application in a public hearing on March 17, 1994, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning. Attorney Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage by the County Executive.
