Body
WHEREAS, the Environmental Health Department has been awarded the National Environmental Health Association Food and Drug Administration grant in the amount of $18,500.00 by the Food and Drug Administration; and,
WHEREAS, these grant funds will be used for further training of the Environmental Health Department; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary in order to place the grant funds in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2025 Grant Fund be and hereby is made:
