(Residential Ranchette) a certain 5± acre tract.

Body

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

 

Section 1.  The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:

                     Description:

 

A 5 ± acre tract of land generally located ¼ ± of a mile west of Buckner Tarsney Road on the south side of Allen Road and specifically described as:  All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 50, Range 30, in Jackson County, Missouri, described as follows: 

 

Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Quarter Quarter Section:  Thence North 89̊59'21" East, along the North line of said Quarter Quarter Section, a distance of 285.00 feet; thence South 00̊13'15" West, along a line running parallel with the West line of said Quarter Quarter Section, a distance of 794.21 feet; thence South 89̊59'21" West, along a line running parallel with the North line of said Quarter Quarter Section, a distance of 285.00 feet to a point on the West line of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence North 00̊13'15" East, along said West line, a distance of 794.21 feet to the Point of Beginning.  Containing 5.20 acres, more or less.  Subject to that part in Allen Road.

 

Section 2.  The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Timothy Andrew O'Neil (RZ-2006-392), requesting the amendment embodied in this Ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this application at a public hearing on February 16, 2006, does adopt this Ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning.

 

Enacted and Approved

Effective Date:  This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
