Body
WHEREAS, the Adult Treatment Court, Family Court and Veteran Court Divisions have been awarded the Adult Treatment Court Program Grant by the State of Missouri Treatment Courts Coordinating Commission, for the period of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027; and,
WHEREAS, in accordance with RSMo 478.009, the Treatment Courts Coordinating Commission (TCCC) allocates funding from the Missouri Drug Court Resources Fund, and;
WHEREAS, these funds are to be used to support treatment, testing and case management activities, and;
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the grant funds in the proper spending account; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made from the undesignated fund balance of the 2026 Grant Fund:
