BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within and appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2000 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund to cover the Drug Abatement Response Team (DART) grant for the Prosecuting Attorney's Office funded by the Missouri Department of Public Safety and the transfer of matching funds:
