Body
WHEREAS, the County, through its Prosecuting Attorney, and the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation and Affiliated Trusts for its Project Neighbor-H.O.O.D. program previously entered into an Agreement dated November 29, 1994, pursuant to Resolution 10470; and,
WHEREAS, the parties are mutually desirous of extending the original agreement at no additional cost to the County; and,
WHEREAS, the attached Addendum adequately recites the agreement and understanding of the parties; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Prosecuting Attorney be, and hereby is, authorized to enter into the attached Addendum to the November 29, 1994 agreement with the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation and Affiliated Trusts for its Project Neighbor-H.O.O.D. program; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Manager of the Division of Finance be, and hereby is, authorized to make payment under said agreement, as amended, out of the amounts heretofore encumbered therefor.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
