AN ORDINANCE amending the districts established by the Jackson County Zoning Order changing from District GB-p (General Business-Planned Development) to District GB (General Business), a certain 3 ± acre tract.

ORDINANCE # 3549, September 27, 2004

 

Body

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

 

Section 1.  The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "GB-p" (General Business-Planned Development) District and the "GB" (General Business) District, so that there will be transferred from District GB to District GB-p, a tract of land described as follows:

Description: A 3 ± acre tract of land generally located a quarter of mile south of Wyatt Road on the west side of Missouri Highway 7 and is legally described as:

 

 Lot 1 of Fox Estates Subdivision lying in the northwest quarter of Section 19, Township 48, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri aka 8510 S. Missouri 7 Highway.

 

Section 2.  The Legislature, pursuant to the application of JCH Trust, Mary Carolyn Fox, Trustee (RZ-2004-352), requesting the amendment embodied in this Ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on September 16, 2004, does adopt this Ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning.

 

 

Enacted and Approved

Effective Date:  This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
