WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover the Family Court Division's Drug Court Supplement grant received from the Missouri Office of the State Courts Administrator; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2002 Grant Fund:
