Body
WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney recommends the execution of a Consulting Agreement with Cypress Research Associates of Kansas City, MO, to provide evaluation services relating to the MyArts initiative, at a cost to the County not to exceed of $20,010.00; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed scope of services includes evaluation of the MyArts initiative to help measure progress toward stated objectives within the program areas of job training and delinquency prevention; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, MO, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute a Consulting Agreement with Cypress Research Associates of Kansas City, MO, at a cost to the County not to exceed $20,010.00, in a form to be approved by the County Counselor; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the agreement.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
