WHEREAS, it has become necessary, in connection with the Longview at Blue Ridge Road Improvements, Project No. 2075-3, to cause certain damage to the property of certain property owners, Donald and Esther Unkenholz, in the amount of $1,575.00; and,
WHEREAS, the owners have agreed to settle the claim for damages in consideration of the total payment of $1,575.00; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of the Department of Finance issue a check in the amount of $1,575.00 in the name of Donald and Esther Unkenholz, and that the check be delivered to the Department of Public Works, Kaye Merkle, Engineering Division, for appropriate disposition...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
