WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney has recommended increases in salaries for executive staff in the office of the Prosecuting Attorney; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover the cost of the increases of $10,094.00 within the Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund and $22,871.00 within the 2005 General Fund; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfers; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfers be and hereby are made:
