Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 8679 dated March 11, 1991, the Jackson County Legislature authorized the County Executive to execute a three-party agreement between the City of Kansas City,
Missouri, the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri, and Jackson County; and,
WHEREAS, the three-party agreement authorized Jackson County to acquire all rights-of-way, permanent drainage easements, and temporary construction easements, for the View High Drive Project No. 2194, in the name of the City of Kansas City, Missouri; and,
WHEREAS, the project is now completed and it is necessary to transfer these property interests to the City of Kansas City, Missouri; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Quit-Claim Deed in favor of the City
of Kansas City, Missouri.
Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of he Legislature.
