IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to execute a quit-claim deed in favor of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, conveying rights-of-way and temporary construction easements for the View High Drive Project, No. 2194. Intro RESOLUTION 10835, May 15, 1995 INTRODUCED BY Victor E. Callahan, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 8679 dated March 11, 1991, the Jackson County Legislature authorized the County Executive to execute a three-party agreement between the City of Kansas City, Missouri, the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri, and Jackson County; and, WHEREAS, the three-party agreement authorized Jackson County to acquire all rights-of-way, permanent drainage easements, and temporary construction easements, for the View High Drive Project No. 2194, in the name of the City of Kansas City, Missouri; and, WHEREAS, the project is now completed and it is necessary to transfer these property interests to the City of Kansas City, Missouri; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Quit-Claim Deed in favor of the City of Kansas City, Missouri. Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of he Legislature.
