WHEREAS, the Jackson County Election Board has requested an adjustment of compensation for its employees effective January 1, 2005; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer of $29,626.00 within the 2005 General Fund is required to place the monies in the proper spending accounts; and,
WHEREAS, the Administration recommends said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made within the 2005 General Fund:
