WHEREAS, it has become necessary, in connection with the Longview Road Improvements Project, No. 2075-3, to relocate certain waterline facilities; and,
WHEREAS, to effect this relocation, the County and the City of Kansas City, Missouri, have negotiated the attached agreement, with costs to be paid by the City of Kansas City, Missouri; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1996 County Urban Road System Fund to cover the relocation of waterline facilities in conjunction with the construction of the Longview Road Improvements Project:
