Body
WHEREAS, the County Legislature appropriated a part of the Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund balance representing the combined shares of the Circuit Court and the Family Court Division to a single account in the Family Court Division's 2005 budget with the understanding that this appropriated amount would be subsequently transferred to other line item accounts upon the recommendation of the Circuit Court and its Family Court Division; and,
WHEREAS, the Circuit Court and its Family Court Division and the County Executive have recommended said transfer as set forth below; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
