BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2005 Grant Fund to cover the cost of the Family Court Division's staffing agreements for the Truancy Court Project with the Hickman Mills Consolidated School District and the Kansas City School District:
