WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney's office recommends the execution of an Agreement with Harold Alan Welles for various consulting services related to the COMBAT in the Community effort, at a cost to the County not to exceed of $6,000.00; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement with Harold Alan Welles, at a cost to the County not to exceed $6,000.00, in a form to be approved by the County Counselor; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the Agreement.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
