IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title AN ORDINANCE amending the districts established by the Jackson County Zoning Order by changing from A (Agricultural) to RR (Residential Ranchette), a certain 10 + acre tract. Intro ORDINANCE 2964, September 27, 1999 Body BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows: Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows: A 10 ñ acre tract of land generally located 6/10 of a mile west of Ketterman Road on the north side of Old Pink Hill Road and more specifically described as: ALL THAT PART OF THE E « OF SECTION 19-T-49-R-29, JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NE 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 19, SAID POINT BEING N 88 -34'-52"W, ALONG SAID LINE, 988.62 FEET FROM THE SE CORNER OF SAID NE 1/4; THENCE S 01 -42'-32"W (DEED=S 01 -42'-26"W), 63.30 FEET TO THE CENTER LINE OF OLD PINK HILL ROAD; THENCE S 88 -34'56"W, ALONG SAID CENTERLINE, 201.87 FEET; THENCE S 89 -07-01"W, CONTINUING ALONG SAID CENTERLINE, 129.90 FEET (DEED=128.09 FEET); THENCE N 01 -38'-34"E (DEED-N 01 -42'-04"E), ALONG THE SOUTHERLY PROLONGATION OF THE WEST LINE OF THE SE 1/4, NE ¬ OF SAID SECTION 19.78.51 FEET (DEED=78.43 FEET) TO THE SW CORNER OF SAID SE 1/4, NE 1/4; THENCE N 01 -38'-34"E (DEED=N 01 -42'-04"E), ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SE 1/4, NE 1/4, 1326.43 FEET (DEED-1328.09 FEET ) TO THE NW CORNER OF SAID SE 1/4, NE 1/4; THENCE S 88 -31'-56"E (DEED=S 88 -31'-02"E), ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SE 1/4, NE 1/4, 332.96 FEET (DEED 329.68 FEET); THENCE S 01 -42'-32"W (DEED=S 01 -42'-26"W), 1326.18 FEET (DEED=1327.71 FEET) TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Nels Jacobson (RZ-99-166), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on September 16, 1999, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
