WHEREAS, at its March 10, 2005 meeting, the COMBAT Commission recommended that $117,341.00 in anti-drug sales tax funds be allocated to the Sheriff's Office's 2005 Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) program; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2005 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover this program; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2005 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
