IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to execute an agreement with Bill Gabriel of Grain Valley, MO, to provide ungulate (hoofed) animal control services for use by the Public Works Department at a cost to the County not to exceed $5,000. Intro RESOLUTION #11846, August 4, 1997 INTRODUCED BY John C. Graham, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has solicited proposals for the provision of ungulate (hoofed) animal control services, for use by the County; and, WHEREAS, Bill Gabriel of Grain Valley, Missouri, has submitted the only proposal for these services; and, WHEREAS, Mr. Gabriel has provided these services to the County for some time and the Public Works Department has been satisfied with his performance; and, WHEREAS, the attached agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be, and hereby is, authorized to execute the attached agreement with Bill Gabriel; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance be and hereby is authorized to make all payments including final payment on the agreement. Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
