Body
WHEREAS, pursuant to ยง13, S.B.1 (L. 1997, 2d Extraordinary Session), and case law construing similar statutory provisions two panels of three names each shall be submitted by majority vote of the county governing body to the governor for appointment of two individuals, one from each panel, to the Kansas City Regional Sports Complex Authority created by that section; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Kansas City Regional, Missouri, that the following names shall be submitted to the Governor for his consideration for final appointments to fill two seats on the Kansas City Regional Sports Complex Authority:

and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Legislature be and hereby is directed to submit the panels to the Governor by providing him a true and correct copy hereof...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
