WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney recommends the creation of a new full-time position to supplement her office’s Use of Force Unit; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is needed to place the funds necessary for this position in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2020 Anti-Crime Sales Tax Fund be and hereby is made:
