WHEREAS, the Family Court Division desires to purchase a vehicle for use by division staff, as authorized under the division’s existing Juvenile Court Diversion Grant; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the funds required for this purchase in the proper spending account; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2023 Grant Fund:
