WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 15-03 for the lease of county parks for hay/crops; and,
WHEREAS, following evaluation of the bids submitted, the Purchasing Director recommends that award of the leases be divided and awarded to the bidders submitting the best bid for each parcel; and,
WHEREAS, award as recommended would result in the percentages and amounts for the respective bidders as follows:

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
