IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title A RESOLUTION adopting the City of Kansas City's County Urban Road System priorities. Intro RESOLUTION #12441, November 24, 1998 INTRODUCED BY John C. Graham, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, the County and the City of Kansas City have agreed to apply County road and bridge funds that are due to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, under the County Urban Road System (CURS) program to road and bridge projects within the City of general County interest and benefit; and, WHEREAS, the Kansas City City Council, by its Resolution 981191 prioritized and declared the following to be priority projects: Design and Construction Projects 1. Lydia Avenue - bridge structure over Indian Creek south of Bannister Road 2. Noland Road Bridge over the Little Blue River 3. Eighty-Fifth Street - Holmes Road to Troost Avenue 4. Troost Avenue Viaduct over 85th Street and the 85th Street approach roadways 5. New Manchester Trafficway (103rd Street) Bridge over the Blue River Study/Design Only 1. Kenneth Road over the Blue River therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Kansas City CURS project list, as prioritized by the City of Kansas City, is hereby adopted for 1998...Fiscal Note Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
