IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to execute an agreement with the Jackson County Board of Services for the Developmentally Disabled to provide for partial funding of the day skills program of the Parks and Recreation Department's Special Recreation Division. Intro RESOLUTION #11750, May 12, 1997 INTRODUCED BY Fred Arbanas, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department has applied to the Jackson County Board of Services for the Developmentally Disabled for funding assistance for the Department's Special Recreation Division; and, WHEREAS, the Board has agreed to provide a maximum sum of $13,219.00, to assist the Division with its day skills program; and, WHEREAS, the attached agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached agreement with the Jackson County Board of Services for the Developmentally Disabled. Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
