Body
 
WHEREAS, the County solicited proposals for analysis of Assessment Department software and valuation processes on Request for Proposal 05-09; and,
 
WHEREAS, the County recommended award to Tyler Technologies, Inc., of Dayton, OH, as the most qualified bidder; and,
 
WHEREAS, Tyler Technologies, Inc., has a unique understanding of the parcel data and valuation processes of the County; and,
 
WHEREAS, the Assessment Department requests approval of the continued use of these services, at an additional cost to the County not to exceed $5,000.00; now therefore,
 
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County a Professional Services Agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc., of Dayton, OH, at a cost to the County not to exceed $5,000.00, in a form to be approved by the County Counselor; and,
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract thereby made.

Effective Date:  This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
