WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary in order to cover the Missouri Department of Natural Resources Dam Safety Permit grant for the inspection costs at the Prairie Lee Lake dam funded by the Missouri Department of Conservation; therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the unappropriated surplus of the 2004 Grant Fund be and hereby is made:
