BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
DESCRIPTION: A 15 ñ acre tract of land generally located 6/10 of a mile west of Ketterman Road on the north side of Old Pink Hill Road and specifically described:
All that part of the Northeast quarter of Section 19, Township 49, Range 29 in Jackson County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of said Section 19; thence North 88 degrees 35 minutes 40 seconds West (Deed = North 88 degrees 35 minutes 40 seconds West) along the South line of said Northeast quarter a distance of 329.54 feet; thence South 01 degrees 42 minutes 12 seconds West a distance of 23.49 feet to the centerline of Old Pink Hill Road; thence South 87 degrees 19 minutes 54 seconds West (Deed = South 87 degrees 20 minutes 33 seconds West) along the centerline of Old Pink Hill Road a distance of 330.50 feet; thence North 01 degrees 38 minutes 19 seconds East (Deed = North 01 degrees 42 minutes 48 seconds East) a distance of 1373.10 feet (Deed = 1374.31 feet) to a point on the North line of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 19; thence North 01 degrees 43 minutes 48 seconds East (Deed = North 01 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds East) a distance of 662.96 feet (Deed = 662.75 feet); thence South 88 degrees 31 minutes 41 seconds East (Deed - South 88 degrees 34 minutes 02 seconds East) a distance of 329.75 feet; thence South 01 degrees 36 minutes 54 seconds West a distance of 662.81 feet to a point on the North line of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 19; thence South 01 degrees 42 minutes 12 seconds West (Deed = South 01 degrees 42 minutes 48 seconds West) a distance of 1325.90 feet to the point of beginning. Except that part if Old Pink Hill Road.
Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Joseph Costanza (RZ-99-148), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on March 18, 1999, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
