WHEREAS, appropriations are necessary in order to place grants received from the Longview Horse Park Association and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources for the Longview Horse Park Renovation Project into the proper spending account; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends these appropriations as an amendment to her proposed 2001 County budget; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriations be and hereby are made:
