WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2006 Assessment Fund is needed to fund the cost of postage for the mailing of approximately 300,000 individual personal property declarations for use by the Assessment Department; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
