IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title AN ORDINANCE appropriating $37,426.00 from the unappropriated surplus of the 1999 Grant Fund to cover the Victim Services Volunteer Coordinator Grant for the Prosecuting Attorney's Office's Victim Services Program, received from the Missouri Department of Public Safety, and the transfer of matching funds. Intro ORDINANCE 2911, April 6, 1999 INTRODUCED BY Terry Young, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, the Missouri Department of Public Safety has awarded the Prosecuting Attorney's office a grant in the amount of $37,426.00 as funding for its Victim Services Volunteer Coordinator Program; and, WHEREAS, this program serves crime victims; and, WHEREAS, said grant is subject to a $7,795.00 local match for which a transfer and appropriation are necessary; now therefore, BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1999 Grant Fund: DEPARTMENT/DIVISION CHARACTER/DESCRIPTION FROM TO Grant Fund Increase Revenue $45,221 Grant Fund Unappropriated Surplus $45,221 010-2810 Unappropriated Surplus 37,426 General Fund Prosecuting Attorney 6840 Prosecutor's Contingency 7,795 001-4101 Operating Transfer Out 7,795 Grant Fund Unappropriated Surplus 7,795 010-2810 Victim Services Program 5010 Regular Salaries 33,036 5040 F.I.C.A.
