Body
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Request for Proposals No. 77-97 for the purchase of a real estate software package for use countywide; and,
WHEREAS, he has received as the lowest two proposals thereon the following:
VENDOR BID
Proval Corporation $222,600.00
Springfield, OH
Sigma Systems Technology $250,000.00
Williamsville, NY
and,
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has recommended that award be made to Sigma Systems Technology of Williamsville, NY, for the reason that its is the lowest and best proposal meeting specifications, as set forth in the attached recapitulation and analysis; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance be and hereby is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
