INTRODUCED BY Bob Spence,  County Legislator

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has advised that funds remain from contracts executed in 2005 that were either fully performed or cancelled; and,

WHEREAS, the Director now desires to have these funds available for new 2006 project needs; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following reappropriations be and hereby are made:
