A RESOLUTION transferring $87,444.00 within the 2012 General Fund and $35,793.00 within the 2012 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund for use by the Prosecuting Attorney's Office to cover the costs of outside attorneys' fees related to personnel matters.

WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney's Office has unanticipated outside attorneys' fees related to arbitrations for personnel matters; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover these costs; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfers within the 2012 General Fund and the 2012 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund be and hereby are made:
