Intro RESOLUTION # 10930, August 14, 1995 INTRODUCED BY Dennis Waits, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1995 Special Road and Bridge Fund is necessary to cover the costs of the renovation of office space for the Sheriff's Department's Investigative Division; and, WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1995 Special Road and Bridge Fund: Department/Division Character Description From To Sheriff Automobiles $35,812 Office Furniture & Fixtures $35,812 Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
